ALCS president Josh First Appointed to Regional Conservation Board

On December 15, 2015 the Dauphin County commissioners appointed Josh First to the Capital Resource Conservation & Development Area Council.

"I'm honored to be appointed to the board of this important organization," says Josh First.

"Nothing preserves farmland more than successful working farms, and Capital RC&D does a lot to achieve that goal," First says.
